Vanguard was founded in 2012 with a single route on Riverside Drive and a conviction that cleaning, done properly, is a discipline — closer to conservation than to labour. Twelve years on, we still work to that same standard.

Every cleaner completes a six-week training programme before entering a client home. They arrive in uniform, work in silent, choreographed passes, and leave a written record of every visit.
We serve a small, referral-only client list of homes, offices and estates across Essex County. The result is a relationship, not a transaction.

A brief walkthrough — in person or by video — to assess materials, finishes and priorities.
Proposal
A transparent, itemised scope and fixed price delivered within twenty-four hours.
Execution
A vetted, uniformed team performs the work using colour-coded microfibre and eco-grade solutions.
Certification
A final inspection against a written checklist. Nothing is signed off until you agree.
